Job responsibilities:
Mainly responsible for construction site management
Job requirements:
1. At least eight years of on-site construction management experience (water and electricity installation, factory maintenance, etc.), with foreign enterprise project on-site management experience preferred;
2. Familiar with budgeting, with a certain level of drawing and planning skills;
3. Strong on-site investigation and accurate data collection capabilities;
4. Possess the ability to organize construction and coordinate on-site;
5. Has strong communication skills, can handle on-site issues in an emergency manner, and can proactively solve customer problems;
6. Strong management and team collaboration skills, self-motivated, and able to develop together with the company.
Note: This position does not recruit civil engineering or project personnel who have been responsible for general contracting, and does not recruit real estate or civil engineering positions.
Job requirements:
1. Have experience in on-site construction project management;
2. Have good communication and emergency response plans, and can actively coordinate on-site work;
3. Familiar with purification engineering, able to independently inspect the site, provide solutions and quotations;
4. Have some experience in mechanical and electrical construction, familiar with workshop, laboratory structure, decoration, weak current, water supply and drainage, HVAC and other related experience;
5. Can optimize according to customer drawings and arrange construction reasonably to ensure construction quality and efficiency;
6. Have more than 10 years of work experience.

3. Cooperate with the construction manager for on-site management and learning;
4. Able to endure hardships and study diligently;
